Terms and Conditions of offers

One winner will be selected from the best story contest to receive the number 1 of 2000 MTX-RC Limited Edition 50th Anniversary regulator, valued at 1199EUR, with an exclusive signature from Apeks co-founder Ken Smith Ainscough. 

Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Aqualung Corporate reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. 

Offer valid on @apeksdiving Instagram account, Apeksdiving website, and retailers’ newsletters, websites, and social media accounts, starting October 1st, 2024, and running until October 15th, 2024, 12pm CET. No entries will be received after October 15th, 2024, 12pm CET.  

The best story contest winner will be chosen through a combined effort by the Apeks Team and Ken Smith Ainscough. Winner will be announced on @apeksdiving Instagram account on October 22nd, 2024, and contacted via Private Message and by email.  

The winner declares their agreement to Aqualung Corporate for their social media username and submitted story to be posted on @apeksdiving after the winner has been selected, without any restrictions or reservations, and without this granting them rights to any remuneration or advantages other than the attribution of their prize. 

The product mentioned above will be shipped by Aqualung Corporate and no additional shipping cost or taxes will be applied to the shipment.  

To participate, submit a written story of your best memory using Apeks gear in a textbox of maximum 2000 characters via the link in @apeksdiving Instagram bio/story or the link/QR code found on various Apeks 50th Anniversary contest promotional materials (newsletters, posters, and websites). Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
